The activity is nothing new for the defending state champion Eagles. Eden Prairie coach Jeff Lindlief has been having the team occasionally run shoeless in grassy areas for the past couple of years. The goal is to focus on their form and strengthen muscles.Huh. Interesting.
I wonder if the other teams will take note? (You did note the "Defending" part, right?)
